We have responsible hedging policies in place to protect our/your downside while having the opportunity to participate in oil price upside. 

Management is Aligned with all of our investments through direct investment, salary deferral and carry. As co-investors we understand the critical need for communication, time and planning before issuing capital calls. We will not punish investors with dilutive structures when raising for new opportunities or drilling. 

We operate under a standard 2 & 20 structure and provide IDC tax advantages to our investors . We are here to hit doubles to compound over a period of time. Management will have a management pool vehicle in place to offer liquidity to investors that would like to exit a fund at a simple cashflow multiple.
