 We are entrepreneurs at heart. in 2023 we built a water recycling business that cut the cost of produced water disposal while lowering the cost of water for our frac operations.  We built midstream infrastructure cut costs & includes 3rd party sales.  Our drilling consultants innovation reduced drilling days by 63% (19 days to 12 days). Our next venture is a small mobile sand plant to save  an additional $400-600k per well.  

Consultant-based roster is scalable & D&C’d 29 long lateral HZ wells in 15 months. All wells delivered with cost effective monobore design. 12k CLL average with two 15k CLLs (3-milers)Q1 ‘23 to Q1 ‘24 deployed ~$300mm in capex with 2 side-tracks & 1 fishing job. (0.3% of budget) 

 Transformed last company within 18 months and doubled AUM. Built operating company, systems, and field staff in 4 months. Constructed ~10 miles of buried pipeline infrastructure. Built frac water recycling facility in yr. 1. Raised $350mm between 2 newly created funds 

 We take pride in closing transactions and doing what we say we are going to do.  Our initial equity commitment is with strategic partners looking to deploy up to 9 figures of equity into assets and drilling development.
